Champignons Charlevoix

After twenty-three years growing oyster mushrooms, Champignons Charlevoix is embarking on a new venture. You can still visit our showroom – where oyster mushroom production is explained in detail – and you can learn a lot about this incredible fungus. On site, you can choose from a wide range of processed mushroom and vegetable products, including a selection of jams that recall the flavours of the past.
