Louise-Gasnier hiking trail at MRC de Charlevoix

Named in memory of Louise Gasnier – wife of Claude Bouchard (known as the short Claude), First Bouchard of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François – it links the Gabrielle-Roy-Est and Gabrielle-Roy-Ouest trails. Easy, it offers a few lookouts, but two superb suspended gateways spanning the Du Sault River on two occasions, are its most remarkable attractions. If their size is modest, the nature will however take your breath away. In addition, the path is dotted with long gateways on stilts in the wetland, bridges, belvederes, halts and rest areas.
