The Observatoire de l’Astroblème is the only interpretation centre where you can delve into the meteoritic origins of the region, gaze at the starry sky and uncover the area’s geological history. Inside, our scientific guides lead hands-on activities featuring breathtaking impactite samples from Charlevoix and a remarkable collection of real meteorites—an unmissable experience for understanding how Charlevoix was formed! Outside, explore the region’s geology on a guided hike along the St. Lawrence River. In the evening, rain or shine, journey through the cosmos with our state-of-the-art astronomy and astrophotography equipment.
