In the historic facilities of a 1946 shipyard, relive the epic of the wooden schooners from the boat deck and discover the families of Charlevoix sailors for an exhilarating day in the great outdoors! To discover: - The shipyard, sawmill, shop and workshop - Four boats to explore, including the Saint-André and the Marie Clarisse, two schooners classified as cultural properties - Multimedia experience in the hold of a schooner - Dozen exhibitions plus several fun and immersive activities - La Forêt marine / La Seigneurie, a 4-km trail in all seasons, a mountain hike featuring a unique view of the river and Isle-aux-Coudres - The Parc des Navigateurs, an immense 20-acre playground with obstacle course, vegetal maze, arboretum, recreation area, sculptures, flower meadow, etc. - Ideal relaxation area to admire the river from the boat deck, the many lookouts or the shore - Outdoor escape game - Picnic areas between the river and the mountains - Inspiring maritime boutique - Animated guided tours (see schedule at museemaritime.com/general-tour).
