Hiking at Centre écologique de Port-au-Saumon (CÉPAS)

A core area of the Charlevoix Biosphere Reserve and the Saguenay-St. Lawrence Marine Park discovery hub, this site offers three interpretive trails – ranging from 1 kilometre to 3 kilometres – for total immersion in nature. You’ll get the chance to observe birds, discover rare specimens of wildflowers and even catch a glimpse of marine mammals in the St. Lawrence River. Hikers of all levels are welcome. Please respect nature and leave no trace of your passage. Animals are prohibited. Self-guided hikes lead to discovering trails on your own!
