A chicken coop without chickens… Is that even possible? Well, yes it is! The purpose of our project is to repurpose the existing facilities of an old commercial chicken coop and give them a new life as a space for indoor agriculture (leafy greens, herbs, etc.), agritourism, and food processing. Ideally located right in town, we’re delighted to welcome you—by reservation only—to our beautiful terrace during our themed dinner evenings.
